Dear Friends and Neighbors of Santa Fe Valley,

We have recently seen dramatic changes in our local Real Estate Market.

Listings and sales have been very limited thus far this year in Santa Fe Valley, with just two active properties currently on the market, and just three closed sales since the start of the year. Interest rate increases have definitely curtailed buyer activity, however, there are definitely still buyers in the market looking for a home in our little slice of paradise, Santa Fe Valley!
